Last updated: April 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Utiloq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. No account, no guaranteed availability
Utiloq is a free public utility site. The site may change, break, be limited, or be removed at any time without notice. No service level, uptime commitment, or support obligation is promised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse the site with bots, scraping, or excessive automated traffic
- attempt to interfere with site infrastructure or security
- use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- submit malicious payloads, scripts, or data designed to break tools or pages
- misrepresent tool output as professional, medical, legal, tax, or accounting advice
4. Tool output and disclaimers
Tool output is provided for convenience only. Calculators, document generators, converters, and text utilities may contain mistakes, edge-case bugs, or assumptions that do not fit your situation.
Invoice and estimate drafts are templates, not regulated accounting software. BMI and similar calculations are informational only and are not medical advice. Nothing on Utiloq should be treated as legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
5. Your responsibility for submitted content
You are responsible for what you enter into the site and for checking any generated output before relying on it, sharing it, or printing it.
6. Intellectual property
The site design, branding, copy, and custom code for Utiloq are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the tools for personal or business purposes, but you may not copy the site itself, resell it as your own service, or scrape it into a competing directory without permission.
7. Third-party services and libraries
Some features may rely on third-party infrastructure, CDNs, analytics, advertising systems, or client-side libraries. Utiloq is not responsible for outages, changes, or policies imposed by those providers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utiloq is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties. The site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the site.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept the updated version.
